Each event at our venue has its own specific bag and camera policy, tailored to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees while respecting the nature and requirements of the performance or activity. It’s important to check the individual policy for each event beforehand, as these guidelines can vary significantly depending on the nature of the event.

• No backpacks are allowed. Bags must be within the 14” x 14” x 6” size requirements.

Ticket Office

Tickets for PHX Arena sports and entertainment events are available at the PHX Arena Box Office located at 201 E. Jefferson St. All tickets purchased at the box office will be delivered via mobile delivery, no printed paper tickets will be distributed at the windows. The Ticket Office will be open at 3pm on weekday events and three (3) hours prior to event time on weekends.

Parking

PHX Arena features more than 700 parking spaces on its property, including parking for guests with disabilities. Prices for parking vary by event. Please call the PHX Arena Parking Office at 602-379-2003 for specific event parking prices and information.
